food for thought

on Tricia Goyer's Writing Mentor blog today:

And by the way, everything in life is writable about if you have the outgoing guts to do it, and the imagination to improvise. The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.

~~Sylvia Plath

(PS: This means I'm my own worst enemy!)

Look, Ms. Plath had the confidence to use the phrase "writable about."

Such bravery.

We ought to follow her example, I s'pose. (Should I have written "suppose?" Can I even write a comment without self-doubt? *G*)
